In such a short time she has made great improvements And she is very personable. Prystal is also one great assistant. She is always on top of things

|Recommended: YesIt has been better than expected — It's a pleasure actually seeing children play. The joy of the neighborhood definitely comes thru. My building is quiet and neighbors are all a pleasure to live by. Maintenance comes to your apt or responds to your messages or issues within a matter of hours.
Now my only disclaimer would be the Tenants who don't care to pick up their MASSIVE dog crap. Children play, People would like to walk, and it does suck to have to look on the ground to ensure you won't step in any CRAP.
Other that that one issue that can be rectified. I love it here

|Recommended: YesStaff onsite is really good — One thing I would say about this community is the Leasing manager Terrilyn and her staff on site are the best and so helpful. Terrilyn is really good leasing manger. Maintenance staff is awesome, too they are so quick doing their work and completes all Maintenance work orders on the same day. The only thing I would suggest to improve is the cleanliness of the outside areas like the bridge ways and on the stairs.

|Recommended: YesFeels Safe Great Location — Helpful property manager, clean environment, and is in a great location for commuting anywhere within Brandon, or to be quickly on the freeway. Parking is usually available, and neighbors residents have in general been very respectful of each other.
Thank you for the review. We are please you find comfort in your new home. Brandon Crossing is tuck away in our own like corner, centrally located to walking trails, mini shops, and restaurants. We are on the Hart bus line as well.
|Recommended: YesThe apartments are super nice for the affordable price — It is very quiet complex, clean property, and very nice spacious apartments. When you put in a work order, the maintenance staff is very responsive and the staff is very professional and understanding to your needs.

|Recommended: YesGreat price for the location — I love the gas appliances, maintenance is timely when needed, and the neighbors are generally quiet. My only gripe is the occasional overflowing of the community trash compactor.
