Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Residents are allowed up to two pets per unit. Maximum weight per pet is 35 lbs. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals permitted. A non-refundable $300 pet fee is required ($500 for two pets) with monthly $30 pet rent per pet.  All pets must be disclosed on the application and such pets will be considered in the application process. No pets other than those disclosed on the application may be kept at the property. We require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process through petscreening.com.

The following dog breeds and all variations thereof are restricted and not approved: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Irish Wolfhound, Keeshond, Mastiff, Pit Bull and Presa Canario. Management reserves the right to deny pets based on character, behavior and other traits. 

Yes, keep in mind this is an income restricted property, please call the office for more information. 

Yes. The minimum credit score for applicants is 600.

Leases are anywhere between 7 - 13 months. Premiums apply to leases shorter than 12 months. 

No. ​Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited.  You must be a minimum 25 FEET away from building. NO SMOKING ON IN/AROUND STAIRS OR STAIRWELLS AND BREEZEWAYS. NO SMOKING IN/NEAR TOT LOT, POOL OR CLUBHOUSE.

​Yes. Renter's liability insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 IS REQUIRED.

Credit Reporting Fee: $15.00 (monthly)

Water & Trash are included with rent. Gas, cable, electric and internet are paid by the resident. 

Yes. Application fee: $65 Admin fee: $100  Security Deposit: one month's rent .
